I’m Carla, a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach based out of Jetts Gym in Chineham. I specialise in helping individuals build strength, lose weight, and improve their overall fitness and performance. I work closely with each client to improve body composition, increase strength, and develop long-term healthy habits that support lasting results.
